Join us at one of Glastonbury’s best-kept secrets: Riverview Farms, the Dufford Estate—a truly magical farm setting surrounded by nature.
Each class is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and fully immerse yourself in the beauty around you. Feel the warmth of summer, the gentle evening breeze, and the calming sounds of nature as you move through your practice. You’ll connect not only with the natural environment, but also with the soothing tones of healing sound bowls, guiding you into a deeply relaxed state. Every session concludes with a peaceful sound bath to gently ease you into your evening.
This 75–90 minute, all-levels class offers a blend of Hatha yoga, guided meditation, and sound healing. Select classes may also include a soft Yoga Nidra experience for deeper restoration.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat (or two for extra cushioning), plenty of water, and any personal props you prefer. A limited number of yoga blankets and blocks will be available.

This 90 minute workshop, guided by Cynthia, will balance your energies and guide you to release yourself of tensions. We all accumulate tensions whether they are muscular, emotional or mental. Yoga Nidra is a more efficient and effective form of psychic and physiological rest and rejuvenation than conventional sleep. Those who adopt this technique in their daily routine soon experience profound changes in their sleeping habits. A single hour of yoga Nidra is as restful as four hours of conventional sleep. No yoga experience necessary.
