Yoga Nidra Immersion

Yoga Nidra is a transformational yogic rest. It is a scientific relaxation that harmonizes our bodies and our minds. This 90 minute workshop, guided by Cynthia, will balance your energies and guide you to release yourself of tensions. We all accumulate tensions whether they are muscular, emotional or mental. Yoga Nidra is a more efficient and effective form of psychic and physiological rest and rejuvenation than conventional sleep. Those who adopt this technique in their daily routine soon experience profound changes in their sleeping habits. A single hour of yoga Nidra is as restful as four hours of conventional sleep. No yoga experience necessary.

Join White Lotus Yoga for ongoing sessions taught by Cynthia Ambrose, RYT. The all levels class will include meditation, breath work, core strengthening, posture flows as well as longer holdings of postures to promote stamina and cleansing of all major organ systems. Feel energized, relaxed and open. Build core strength, tone muscles and learn to cultivate compassion and awareness.

Bring yoga mat, water, and optional but recommended blanket.
